Job Summary

This full-time LPN position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality care. As an LPN at ProMedica, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising nursing personnel, and coordinating care delivery to ensure that patients receive the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in gerontological nursing, including experience working with dementia populations. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing dressing changes.
  • Supervise nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
  • Coordinate care delivery to meet patient needs, using physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines.
