Trust and Estate Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at Jobot. As a Permanent Attorney, you will specialize in Trust and Estate law, serving clients in Long Island with elder law, estate administration, and specialized healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of tasks related to trust and estate planning, corporate and tax planning, high net worth estate administration, and probate.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to trust and estate planning, corporate and tax planning, high net worth estate administration, and probate.
  • Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle all aspects of estate administration.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on trust and estate law.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate and tax planning, high net worth estate administration, and probate.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
What We Offer
