Housekeeping Professional

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team.
About the RoleThis role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the community, including the operation of specialized equipment, handling and disposal of waste, and setting up rooms for events.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in cleaning building areas and be proficient in carpet care and floor finishing techniques. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
- Utilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setups.
- Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages.
- Remove trash including, refuse and recycling.
- Maintain hard floor surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing as well as carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.
We offer a competitive salary of $17.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus a signing bonus of $1000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental and vision packages, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
