Job Summary

Scotland Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in the CT Department. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal imaging performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Previous experience in a CT department is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
