Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to improve team performance and player development.
- Recruit, select, and manage a team of assistant coaches and support staff.
- Plan and conduct practices, games, and other team activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all players.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrators to ensure a positive and productive team experience.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of team performance, player progress, and coaching activities.
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the high school level.
- Proven track record of success in developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administrators.
- Valid coaching certification and first aid training.
