Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge, particularly in technical motorcycle apparel from renowned brands such as Arai, Shoei, Dainese, REV'IT, Leatt, Klim, and Alpinestars.
  • Provide comprehensive information to customers and team members regarding product features and advantages.
  • Assist in all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, processing returns, and motivating the team to surpass sales objectives.
  • Delegate daily tasks among Sales Associates to ensure efficient store operations.
