Job Summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a highly skilled Production Operator II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including palletizers, carton makers, and drop packers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with maintenance team to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including machine reports and quality control logs
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience with Oracle/MES or similar computer systems
  • Knowledge of line flow and manufacturing processes
