Work Experience
As part of our team, you will enjoy:
- Extended Patient Interactions: Spend up to 60 minutes with each patient to thoroughly address their concerns.
- Reduced Patient Load: Manage a maximum panel of 700 patients per physician.
- Lower Daily Patient Volume: Care for 10-14 patients each day.
- Collaborative Team Structure: Work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, including RN Case Managers, Health Coaches, Social Workers, and Care Coordinators.
