We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Nova Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional therapy and family guidance services to children with autism and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients' current skill level and challenging behaviors, and develop evidence-based treatment plans to address these needs.
- Supervise treatment cases to ensure best practices, client progress, and appropriate modifications to programming.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians to work with clients.
- Work one-on-one with children and their caregivers to enrich their lives through therapy and family guidance services.

- Accrued Universal Leave and paid holidays.
- Relocation assistance, loan repayment, or sign-on bonus may be available.
- A Master's Degree from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Board Certification as a Behavioral Analyst through the BACB.
- Licensed or license eligible as a Behavior Analyst through the state of North Carolina.
The salary for this position is $65,000-85,000 annually, depending on experience.
