Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by utilizing consultative selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Stay current on all training material to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on sales promotions and visual merchandising.
  • Assist with floor sets, maintain visual standards, and ensure the sales floor is constantly replenished and re-merchandised.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist in maintaining operational excellence, including product processing and replenishment, setting promotions, and executing markdowns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
  • Previous experience in retail strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in website navigation and excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Passionate for fashion and the Lands' End brand.
  • Proven selling skills with strong emphasis on building a strong client base.
  • Strong styling and wardrobing abilities.
  • Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business.
Physical Requirements
  • Extensive standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, and working around sales floor and backroom.
  • Hang/fold merchandise.
  • Ladder climbing.
  • Operate POS register and computer.
  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
