Cybercrime Investigator

Job Summary

The New York Eastern Probation Office is seeking a highly skilled Cybercrime Analyst to join our team. As a Cybercrime Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing digital evidence to support the prosecution of cybercrime cases.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Computer Forensics or Information Technology is preferred. Familiarity with forensic software and various digital technologies, including mobile phones, tablets, computers, digital storage devices, GPS, and gaming systems. Knowledge of digital intelligence/forensic platforms and ability to provide a detailed, written report of any actions taken and findings.

Conditions of Employment
