Russell Tobin's client, a prominent organization focused on eco-friendly solutions, is in search of a Customer Service Representative.

Compensation: $18 - $20/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle, investigate, and resolve escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to billing, collections, and various customer service functions.
  • Process customer invoices, adjustments, and payments using the billing software.
  • Manage general phone inquiries, direct calls, address questions, file documents, and enter data.
  • Provide instructions to field technicians and coordinate necessary safety calls.
  • Organize meter changes, manage service technicians' schedules, and oversee timekeeping duties.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role within an office environment.
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Being bilingual is a significant advantage.
