Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Greg Hubler Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses, make suitable product recommendations, and organize test drives
  • Present sales proposals and negotiate sales agreements
  • Log activities on our internal lead management system
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales
Requirements:
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work Saturdays and evenings required
  • Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and succeed
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base preferred
  • A positive attitude
