We are seeking a skilled Renal Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Renal Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life for patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Meet all applicable state and licensing requirements, including maintaining current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
