Weekend RN Supervisor Evening Shift

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work the evening shift on weekends for our skilled nursing facility in Monsey, NY.
Key Responsibilities- As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling and assigning nursing staff to ensure resident care requirements are met.
- You will establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families, and maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of resident care services and maintaining a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.
- You must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- You should be a strong and positive team director for all members of the staff.
- You should be familiar with EHR and e-prescribing programs.
- You should have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
