About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team in our Canonsburg, PA office. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil/structural engineering solutions for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed specifications for project assignments, including client performance requirements, design requirements, and vendor drawing requirements.
  • Develop and review engineering sketches, perform engineering calculations, and create analysis models for complex project assignments.
  • Review and approve vendor drawings for compliance with project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other consultants to ensure project success.
  • Manage workload, budgets, and project resources, requesting assistance as necessary.
  • Serve as Engineer in Responsible Charge as assigned, adhering to regulations regarding PE sealing requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
  • PE license required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience preferred.
  • STADD, SACS, MAT 3D, Foundation software experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of structural design codes (AISC, ACI, API, IBC, etc.) preferred.
