Engineering Technician

As an Engineering Technician at Terracon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction materials. Your responsibilities will include performing field and laboratory testing, observing and inspecting construction materials, and communicating with project managers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field and laboratory testing of construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel.
- Communicate with project managers, engineering technicians, and other stakeholders regarding testing and inspection requirements and results.
- Transport material samples to the laboratory for further testing and analysis.
- Tabulate, prepare, and submit data and observation in the form of written and digital reports.
- Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of experience in a related field.
- Obtain ACI certification within 90 days of hire.
- Successful completion of related internal safety certifications.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
