Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Participate in patient education and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Graduate of a nationally approved nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Vermont.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
