Job Title: Transformer Assembler

At Delta Star, we're dedicated to innovation and growth in the electrification industry. As a leading manufacturer of medium power transformers, we're seeking a skilled Transformer Assembler to join our team.

Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to assemble and fabricate medium power transformers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and fabricate medium power transformers according to specifications
  • Operate various machinery and equipment, including forklifts and hand trucks
  • Use precision tools and instruments to ensure accurate measurements and assembly
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Up to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and write, and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
Physical Demands

  • Able to regularly lift and move up to 70 pounds with assistance
  • Able to climb ladders and use fall protection equipment
