Position Overview: The Staffing Coordinator plays a crucial role in the recruitment and onboarding of caregivers. This position is responsible for preparing the necessary HR documentation for each caregiver to ensure they are ready for scheduling.
The Staffing Coordinator serves as a vital link between caregivers and administrative staff, facilitating effective communication. Additionally, this role supports the Operations Manager with various administrative duties, including scheduling caregivers, managing communications with caregivers and clients, and maintaining compliance records for caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and retain qualified caregivers to meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure compliance with all caregiver documentation and training requirements.
- Assist in scheduling caregivers and managing shift coverage.
- Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with adults in clinical settings, including acute and long-term care.
- Familiarity with older adults facing memory challenges, such as Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
- Willingness to cover shifts in case of caregiver call-outs.
