About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team at Ely Manor. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs of our guests.
  • Supervise the purchasing and preparation of food to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including procurement, sanitation, and staff training.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and accommodate guests' dietary preferences and needs.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation of dietary care plans.
Requirements
  • Certified Dietary Manager Certification or current enrollment in a certification course approved by the Dietary Managers Association.
  • ServSafe Certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prefer two-year supervised food service experience in an institutional setting.
