Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include providing essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. This may involve:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as feeding, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Transporting clients to medical appointments and engaging in outdoor activities
- Supporting clients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plans
- Documenting any observed changes in the client's condition to the Director of Nursing
