1. **Patient Assessment:**
- Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and ongoing evaluations in accordance with established protocols.
- Assess and manage pain effectively, employing appropriate pain relief strategies.

2. **Medication Management:**
- Administer medications accurately, adhering to the five rights of medication administration to minimize errors.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of pharmacology and its implications for various age groups and clinical conditions.

3. **Care Planning:**
- Adapt care plans based on patient responses and evaluate their effectiveness on a daily basis.
- Develop educational plans addressing patient and family learning needs, ensuring inclusion of family members in the teaching process.

4. **Clinical Support:**
- Assist physicians with medical procedures and provide technical support under RN supervision.
- Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families, respecting their dignity and cultural backgrounds.

5. **Interdisciplinary Collaboration:**
- Identify psychosocial needs and coordinate with Social Services/Case Management for comprehensive care management.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Current LPN or RN licensure; Multistate licensure preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
