Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Roche Constructors, Inc. This role involves overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in construction supervision and/or craft supervision, with excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills. A four-year construction management/engineering degree or equivalent is also required.

This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of construction, including site logistics, temporary roads, fencing, and access control.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor and control construction costs, schedules, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
