Job Opportunity at Ozona Grill & Bar - Dallas

We are seeking a skilled and experienced server to join our team at Ozona Grill & Bar - Dallas. As a server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage tables efficiently, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu changes, promotions, and special events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-service dining establishment.
  • Positive attitude, warm personality, and passion for food and customer service.
  • Commitment to delivering a unique and memorable guest experience.
  • Punctuality, patience, and mindfulness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of beer and mixed drinks, with the ability to make recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of a POS system and ability to process transactions accurately.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • TABC certification required, with the ability to obtain it by date of hire.
