Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant Health. This full-time position will involve working with elementary students in a single school location, providing 1:1 therapy, assisting in data collection, and supporting the speech-language pathologist (SLP) in implementing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 Speech and Language Therapy Sessions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect and document data on student progress.
  • Support students in developing communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field.
  • Valid SLPA license or certification in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Previous experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
