Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to perform cleaning and laundry tasks, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning offices and communal areas, including:
    • Vacuuming carpets
    • Mopping and sweeping hard floors

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Three to six months of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication
  • The ability to follow detailed instructions
