Covered California is seeking a skilled Attorney to provide legal guidance to the Outreach and Sales Division and the Covered California for Small Business (CCSB) program.

The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research and communication skills, a passion for healthcare, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal guidance to the Outreach and Sales Division and the CCSB program
  • Perform a variety of legal tasks in support of the planning, implementation, and operation of Covered California
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals

Working Conditions:

This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Covered California's current telework policy.

Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
