Storehouse Associate

We are seeking a skilled Storehouse Associate to join our team at Pursuit Collection. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our food and beverage storeroom and stock, ensuring that our culinary team can provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a well-organized and efficient storeroom environment
• Receive and store ingredients in accordance with Chef's instructions
• Rotate stock using FIFO (First in, First out) principles
• Complete requisitions, transfer sheets, and other paperwork in a timely manner
• Keep the storeroom and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Assist with various kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role
• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to Safety First and high-quality cleaning and sanitizing standards
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
