Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers, configurators, and BAs to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with customers and other teams to drive technical discussions and program success
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to meet business objectives
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and leadership
  • Proven expertise in MGA platforms like Vertafore MS Solartis or configuration products like Concept One Bridge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in Agile teams and with tools like Jira
