Thread Roll Operator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Thread Roll Operator to join our team in Brea, CA. As a Thread Roll Operator, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and troubleshooting thread roll machines to produce high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set, operate, and troubleshoot thread roll machines to meet production requirements
  • Efficiently produce quality products that meet all expectations
  • Maintain the entire workplace in a safe, clean operating condition
  • Communicate with fellow employees to ensure smooth operations
  • Gather materials and report set-up and production in the K-Lite production tracking system
  • Detect and report faulty machine and/or equipment conditions, material anomalies, or other unusual shop floor activities
  • Keep machines in best operating conditions and replace worn fasteners, machine parts, or tooling as needed

Requirements:

  • 5 years of related experience
  • Inspection tools (micrometer, caliper, drop gages, etc.)
  • Preferred experience with Waterbury, Reed, Hartford, Automatic, Handfeed
  • Blueprint reading
  • Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs, stand for the entire shift, and work in an un-air-conditioned shop environment
