Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a dedicated Retention Specialist to enhance our customer relations and ensure the satisfaction of our clients. This role is essential in maintaining our client base and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone and online platforms, providing information and facilitating the setup of new or expanded services.
- Engage with existing clients to assess and address any decline in oil production, reinstating services where applicable.
- Handle cancellation requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
- Utilize effective communication strategies to retain accounts, and if necessary, assist with the cancellation process.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- At least two years of experience in customer success or retention roles is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated.
Work Environment:
This position is based onsite, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
