Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team at a well-established General Contractor in Maine. As a key member of our commercial construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the required specifications and regulations.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Proficiency in construction management software, such as ProCore.
- Experience working on healthcare or life science projects is a plus.
