Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mercedes-Benz Technician to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs under the supervision of a master or senior Mercedes-Benz Technician.
  • Conduct safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed.
  • Collaborate with Service Consultants to communicate vehicle needs and proper vehicle repairs.
  • Work with Team Leads to complete assigned work and maintain a high level of efficiency.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, utilizing lean production methods to complete client's vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to high professional standards.
  • Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools, returning them once complete.
  • Attend training classes and departmental meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and procedures.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles and ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with the auto industry and Mercedes-Benz products is recommended.
  • Detail-oriented and able to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
