Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Machine Learning Platform team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge software solutions that power Apple's intelligent experiences.

Estimated Salary: $228,950 - $258,300

About the Role

You will work closely with an extraordinary ML infra and platform team to build tooling and enable faster integration for bringing ML ideas into Apple products. Our team takes full ownership of both web frontend and backend projects, collaborating with design, backend infrastructure, ML engineering, and project management teams to brainstorm, prototype, and bring features into production.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies like TypeScript, React, Golang, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL databases, ElasticSearch, Kafka, AWS, GCP, Azure, and K8s.
  • A strong record of delivering high-impact projects through partnership across organization boundaries with product, design, and infrastructure teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience developing and maintaining rich web applications for data-intensive systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good sense of design and passion for UX and developer experience.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate about technical and architectural problems and work with key partners to iteratively solve them.
  • Experience in machine learning is a plus but not required.
