Metal Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at NEW CARROT FARMS LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating, laying out, positioning, aligning, fitting, and welding parts of structural metal components.

This is a full-time regular position on 1st shift, with estimated compensation ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, including experience with MIG and TIG welding, plasma cutting, and working with hand tools.

• Fabricate, layout, position, align, fit, and weld parts of structural metal components
• Operate various machines such as shears, ironworkers, drill presses, pipe benders, and band saws
• Cut, bend, form, punch, drill, or otherwise shape and assemble metal components
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two to five years' experience in metal fabrication preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Able to read blueprints and operate various machinery safely and efficiently
• Prior experience with stainless steel and carbon steel fabrication a plus
