Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $105,000, with the potential for a discretionary annual incentive program.

Job Description
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of analytics tools to address various business issues. You'll employ traditional and innovative methods using structured and unstructured data from different sources and apply AI, machine learning, and statistical techniques to develop, assess, and implement models.

Your primary focus will be on finding analytical solutions that effectively solve business problems across various lines of business within our organization. You'll work closely with engineering teams to integrate models as APIs into other systems/platforms, presenting an excellent opportunity to develop analytic solutions for multiple business lines and expand your understanding of insurance products.

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business problems, gather requirements, and plan project tasks and timelines. You'll lead the technical execution of modeling projects across all stages, perform extensive exploratory data analysis, and develop advanced machine-learning models.

Responsibilities include evaluating the performance of models and estimating their potential benefits, developing adaptable modeling frameworks that can be utilized across multiple projects, communicating model findings effectively to non-technical audiences through presentations, monitoring the performance of deployed models, and reporting findings to leadership for informed decision-making.

Additionally, you may lead a small team of direct reports (1-2 analysts), create goals, oversee projects regularly, and provide timely feedback. You'll also provide training guidance and assistance to colleagues and foster strong relationships with business partners, IT teams, and analytics peers throughout the Chubb organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or Computer Science. You'll require at least 7+ years of analytics background with programming experience in Python or R and 3+ years of P&C predictive modeling experience. Experience hosting machine learning models as APIs is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications and excellent oral and written communication skills.
