Behavior Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavior Consultant to join our team at Aspire Child & Family Services.

Aspire is a family-owned organization dedicated to supporting children with Autism and other behavioral challenges. Our compassionate and skilled team is committed to delivering personalized plans with care and precision.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including centers, homes, schools, and communities, providing quality ABA services to young children and adolescents. We offer a competitive annual salary of $85,000 + with experience, along with a range of benefits and professional growth opportunities.

As a Behavior Consultant, you will be responsible for supervising behavior health technicians, conducting assessments, overseeing treatment, and managing a caseload of approximately 25 clients per week. You will work closely with our experienced leadership team to deliver high-quality services and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification + active PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) highly preferred or an active LBS with BCBA in process;
• Masters degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials;
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
• Able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications;
