Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Sky Ridge Medical Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with heart failure, respiratory distress, sepsis, and other complex medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and analyze patient data, identifying potential complications and taking proactive steps to prevent them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications as a Healthcare Provider.
  • At least 1 year of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in an ICU setting.
