Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
- Accurately and efficiently register patients, obtaining necessary demographic and financial information.
- Collaborate with partnering departments to ensure seamless patient encounters and meet audit accuracy standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple worklists and error reports.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to NLH policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 6+ months of experience in an office setting, customer service, or phone support role preferred.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Windows applications and ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends, and occasional overtime as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have a commitment to receiving the influenza vaccination.
