ManTech is seeking a skilled Voice Engineer to support a variety of customer IT requirements with a focus on providing productive and collaborative workspace to meet dynamic mission needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend customer meetings to discuss Voice system requirements and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot Voice hardware and software issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and related teams to deploy, stabilize, and operate Voice systems.
  • Lead projects involving Voice installs and implementation in accordance with design documents and build-to packages.
  • Support the creation of Knowledge Articles, Work Instructions, SOPs, and other documentation to improve team excellence.
  • Provide weekly status reports and other required reports to stakeholders.
  • Meet contractual performance criteria and identify opportunities to automate processes and increase efficiency.
  • Travel between customer buildings as needed to support Voice system deployments.
Requirements:
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and assess customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Avaya Voice gateways and hardware, as well as schematic capture tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office product suite.
  • Knowledge of component and transmission medium compatibility and interconnection.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM.
Security Clearance Requirements:

Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Ability to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices.
  • Ability to position self to maintain computers, including under the desks and in the server closet.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
