Equipment Maintenance Technician

Forward March Inc. is collaborating with a prominent construction equipment rental company to provide significant career opportunities for Veterans and military spouses in the industry. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for minimizing customer downtime on equipment through quick and accurate diagnosis. You will travel via service truck to customers' sites, performing maintenance and small repairs on various types of construction equipment. When not in the field, you will work within the branch shop, troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, ignition, and pneumatic systems, diagnosing diesel and gas engines, and performing maintenance on drive trains.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a technician, preferably with a construction equipment background.
- Must have the necessary tools to perform the job.
- A DOT medical card is required; we can help you obtain one if needed.
- Solving problems and troubleshooting are essential skills for this role.
- Familiarity with your surroundings and ability to navigate using Google Maps is a plus.
