About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Speech Language Therapist to join our team at the McCarton Foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing individualized speech and language therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to children aged 2-3 years old with autism, delivering tailored treatment programs to support their communication development.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, ensuring seamless integration with other related services.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed to maximize benefit for each child.
  • Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, ABA therapists, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive programming.
  • Participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, implementation, and monitoring.
Requirements
  • New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Prior experience working with autism and early childhood populations is highly desirable.
  • Adept at adapting to new environments and eager to learn from experienced staff.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English skills are a plus.
Benefits
  • An estimated annual salary of $85,000-$100,000, reflecting your expertise and qualifications.
  • A full-time, 12-month position with a regular schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, PTO, sick leave, 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as H1-B visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
