CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Pharmacy Liaison to join our team at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Pharmacy Liaison, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service, working alongside clinical pharmacists, interacting with physicians and healthcare professionals, and helping patients navigate the specialty pharmacy process.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients upon arrival and explain the benefits of our specialty pharmacy program
  • Perform all insurance benefit investigations, prior authorization, claim rejects, and overrides
  • Work with patients to find financial aid and ensure access to necessary medications
  • Provide direct support to enrolled patients, including outbound phone calls and refill reminders
  • Triaging clinical questions to the appropriate clinician (pharmacist, nurse, or provider)
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a pharmacy liaison/technician highly preferred
  • Registered or ability to become registered as a pharmacy technician in Maryland
  • Experience interacting with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Knowledge of benefit investigations, prior authorization support, and patient financial assistance
