Key Responsibilities:


• Document the DevOps environment and establish appropriate permissions.


• Configure Intune for the management of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) machines, allocating resources to various groups across different zones.


• Establish our Customer Owned environment, including creating images, setting up Virtual Networks (VNet) and VPN gateways, and deploying VDI machines based on custom images.


• Serve as an Azure Cloud Architect, focusing on Custom Imaging, VDI/Hypervisor management, Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM), as well as VNet and Resource Group configurations and Azure VPN gateways.


• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions with team members during available downtime.


• Exhibit a strong understanding of directory services, including Azure Active Directory and traditional Active Directory.


• Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities, including collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and documentation skills.


• On-Premises Architect skills are also essential for this role.


• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of cloud computing and management, including user and virtual machine administration.


• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/SCCM is required.


• A thorough understanding of firewalls, including access groups, rules, ports, and specific pinhole connections, as well as interoperations between various technologies is necessary.


• Require a solid grasp of implementing secure best practices for access to confidential data and ensuring availability across all infrastructures.
