About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Content Management Development Team, you will be responsible for building and supporting digital capabilities that enable our Content Management platform to create and update content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and Spring/Springboot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our software development processes
  • Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of our applications
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Java full-stack development
  • 2+ years of experience using Content Management Systems (Tridion, Wordpress, AEM)
  • Experience with AWS and Nodejs application development
  • Strong understanding of web services (RESTful) and log monitoring tools
  • Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git, Jenkins, uDeploy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent team/partnering skills
  • Ability to write systems and technical design documentation
  • Ability to take full ownership of tasks and projects
  • Passionate and self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong team player with experience in working in a distributed team (Globally)
