About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our Crisis Response Team at Diversus Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' social, emotional, and psychiatric history and diagnosis
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including safety planning and determining the appropriate level of care
  • Establish connections with necessary resources and facilitate admission to suitable inpatient facilities when needed
  • Maintain active engagement with crisis hotlines, schools, community partners, first responders, and hospital emergency departments
Requirements
  • Licensed, in good standing, in the State of Colorado in a counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Experience working therapeutically with individuals in mental health crisis, utilizing strength-based therapeutic approaches
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
