Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Coach and lead hourly associates in individual and group settings to achieve productivity and accuracy goals.

  • Process Improvement: Use reporting and analytical tools to identify opportunities for improvement in processes, training, and staffing utilization.
  • Communication: Communicate ideas, suggestions, and concerns to the Leadership team.
  • Conflict Resolution: Demonstrate conflict avoidance and resolution techniques.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and manage the performance of the team to ensure all accuracy and Units Per Hour (UPH) goals are met.
  • Culture and Safety: Foster and reinforce a positive, collaborative environment that respects and values diversity, and promote safety awareness and support the safety culture through the company.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements to support A&F's growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years' experience preferred.
  • Leadership Style: Strong leadership style with a focus on team development.
  • Previous Experience: Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to use critical thinking to proactively identify and remove obstacles to success.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Warehouse Management Systems: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
