As a pivotal member of ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) IV will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across diverse teams and spearheading cutting-edge initiatives aimed at safeguarding national interests.

Key Location: Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-level collaboration with executive leadership and cybersecurity specialists
  • Guarantee the integrity and security of applications, databases, and online platforms
  • Advise on enhancements to processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Supervise Information Security Programs and the Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • Oversee cybersecurity considerations for enterprise-level initiatives
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project personnel

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Possession of pertinent certifications such as CCNA-Security, Security+, CISSP, or equivalent
  • PMP certification is required

Desirable Qualifications:

  • DoD IASAE Level III Certification
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
  • Additional certifications like CEH, GCIH, or similar are advantageous
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira

Clearance Requirements:

  • This role necessitates an active Top Secret clearance

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for over 50% of the time
  • Effective communication and information sharing skills
  • Frequent interaction with office machinery and personnel
  • Occasional mobility within the office setting
