Full Time Precision Assembly Specialist Level II/III
We are seeking a dedicated team member for our full-time Precision Assembly Specialist II - III role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing effectively, demonstrating critical thinking, and collaborating within a team environment, particularly with precision machined components.
Key responsibilities include the installation of threaded inserts, application of epoxies and sealants, part marking, and the assembly of small components utilizing screws, bolts, and rivets, as well as electrical crimping.
This role focuses on assembling low-volume, high-complexity, and high-sensitivity components that have global applications.
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PMRequirements:
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience with precision machined components, assembly, cleaning, deburring, sanding, and lapping.
- Familiarity with basic hardware installation processes including screws, washers, and dowel pins.
- Proficient in the use of both power and hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, and drills.
- Capability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50lbs with precision.
- Excellent fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to interpret and follow work instructions, customer specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
- Experience with adhesives, glues, and epoxies is advantageous.
- Competence in using basic measuring tools like calipers, tape measures, and gauge pins.
- Computer proficiency is required, including the ability to utilize the company's MES software for job time logging.
- Experience with Heli Coil installation is a plus.
- Cleanroom assembly experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with aerospace assembly techniques, tools, and hardware such as match drilling, clecos, and riveting is highly regarded.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior machine shop experience.

- Fully climate-controlled environment.
